INGREDIENTS:
- 460 g puff pastry;
- 500 ml of fresh cream (cream)
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 boxes of strawberries
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Defrost the dough according to package instructions.
Divide the dough into three parts.
Place one dough on top of the other in the pan.
Pierce the dough with a fork.
Brush the dough with maple syrup.
Beat an egg yolk and brush the dough.
Bake the dough at 180ºC until golden.
Remove and let cool.
Beat the cream, add the sugar, and beat until it has the consistency of cream.
Cover the dough with the cream.
Distribute the strawberries over the cream.
Serve immediately so the dough doesn't soften.
