INGREDIENTS:

  • Ripe fresh figs
  • 400g creamy fresh cheese
  • 1 rectangular puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
  • Honey q.s.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Chopped walnuts q.s.

PREPARATION:

Heat the oven to 180ºC.

Place the fresh cheese in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix everything.

Once washed, cut the figs into slices.

Place the puff pastry on a tray, cut it into 4 circles, one centimeter wide, but don't tear it apart. In the middle square, spread this cheese mixture in one layer over the dough. Arrange the fig slices on top of the cheese. Add some chopped walnuts on top. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
