Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Cook the chestnuts in boiling water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry. Book.

  4. Grind the chestnuts after cooking until puree and set aside.

  5. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar, eggs, softened butter and cream.

  6. Bake for around 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve garnished with chestnuts.
