Preparation

Grind the cookies with the help of a blender and separate 1/2 cup of the cookies for later use.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the biscuits with the melted butter until it becomes a dough.

Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with this cookie dough and place in the fridge for approximately 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, cream, vanilla flavoring and the previously separated biscuits, beat everything very well.

Pour the cream into the mold and place in the fridge to solidify, for 4 hours or until firm.
