INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g arugula
  • 1 onions
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of lettuce
  • 400 g of frozen chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pepper and salt to taste

PREPARATION:

In a pan of boiling water, cook the chestnuts over medium heat for 20 minutes.

In a salad bowl, arrange the lettuce and arugula leaves. Add the sliced tomatoes, sliced onion and chestnuts.

Season with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Mix everything and serve.
