INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 300 g of sugar + 2 tbsp of water for the caramel

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.

In a bowl, place the milk and condensed milk and mix. Add the eggs and fold in the natural yogurt. Stir everything very well, with the help of a wire stick and set aside.

In a non-stick pan, make the caramel. Place the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water over low heat. When it starts to melt and take on color on the sides, stir with a wooden spoon to mix and melt evenly. When the caramel is no longer opaque, remove from the heat.

Pour the caramel into the mold and spread it over the sides.

Place the mixture in the oven, in a bain-marie, at 190ºC, for around 25 minutes.

Remove the pudding after cooking, let it cool very well and turn it out onto a serving plate. Finally, decorate with strawberries and serve cut into slices.
