INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 g canned tuna
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • hot oil for frying

PREPARATION:

Drain the tuna well and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the flour, chopped parsley, chopped tuna, chopped onion and pepper. Mix everything until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the pataniscas, pouring in small portions of dough using a spoon.

Let them fry until they are slightly golden and remove them to a plate lined with absorbent paper.

Place on a platter and serve with a black-eyed pea salad or naughty tomato rice.
