INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 50 g minced meat chorizo
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ bunch of chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp (tea) pepper
- 2 Tbsp (soup) white wine
- 210 g of tomato pulp
- salt q.s.
PREPARATION:
In a pan with hot olive oil, add the onion and chopped garlic cloves and let it brown. Add the chopped parsley and tomato pulp. Season with pepper and pour in white wine. Mix everything together, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Once the sauce is thickened, add the minced meat and chopped beef chorizo. Season with salt, mix everything together, cover and let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick.
Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
Prepare the puff pastry: roll out the dough and roll it tightly. Cut the rolled dough into small rolls. Stretch the rolls with your hands until you get small discs.
Once the meat has cooled, fill the dough discs with the meat mixture. Close the dough discs, forming half moons.
Line a tray with parchment paper and place the pastries on it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
