INGREDIENTS:

  • 397g low-fat condensed milk
  • 300 g frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)

PREPARATION:

Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash them. Let the water drain. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours.

In a blender or food processor, place the strawberries and lemon juice. Grind everything until you get a homogeneous consistency. Add the condensed milk and mix everything.

Pour the mixture into a container, cover and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.

When ready to serve, remove from the freezer a little beforehand, then form balls with an ice cream spoon previously rinsed with water. Garnish as desired with strawberries or chocolate chips.
