Preparation Time: 10 min + 4 hours to refrigerate | To: 8-10 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g frozen mixed red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 397g condensed milk
- 200ml cream for whipping
PREPARATION:
Remove the stalk from the strawberries. Wash strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries very well. Let the water drain. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
In a blender or food processor, place the red fruits. Grind very well until you get a smooth paste. Add the condensed milk and mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Separately, beat the liquid cream until you get firm, consistent peaks. Gently incorporate the red fruit mixture into the whipped cream, using gentle movements.
Pour this entire creamy mixture into a rectangular shape, cover tightly and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, remove from the freezer a little beforehand, then form balls with an ice cream spoon previously rinsed with water. You can decorate with some fresh red fruits on top!
