INGREDIENTS:

  • 60 g of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 40 g of beef chorizo
  • 75 g of wheat flour
  • 2.5 dl of milk
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt, flour and parsley to taste
  • 400 g of cooked meat
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs and oil to taste

PREPARATION:

In a pan with butter, brown the onion and chopped garlic.

Add the chopped beef chorizo, stir until heated through. Add the wheat flour and stir; then add the milk, little by little and stirring constantly, season with salt.

Add the chopped parsley and ground meat and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the lemon juice and let cool.

When the meat preparation is cold, form the croquettes, coat them with beaten egg and breadcrumbs and place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.

Then place in the preheated oven at 200°C for around 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
