INGREDIENTS:
- 1 smoked shank
- 400g Portuguese cabbage (handful)
- 3 potatoes
- 1 sausage
- 3 carrots
- 2 chicken steaks
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200g pork chop
PREPARATION:
In a pan, cook the smoked ham for 30 minutes.
Add the sausage, chicken breasts and steaks and the chop. Let the meat cook.
Add the carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Cook covered for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked.
Place the meat and vegetables on a platter.
Cut the ham and chorizo into pieces and serve.
We suggest you accompany it with white rice cooked in the remaining meat cooking water.
