Preparation

In a bowl, place the eggs, olive oil, butter and orange juice. Mix everything. Season with salt and mix everything. Add the flour and mix everything together and knead the dough until it forms a ball. Cover with cling film.

Place the dough in the switched off oven for an hour to rise and double in volume.

Sprinkle the countertop with flour, divide the dough in half and remove the air. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Using a pastry cutter, flatten the dough and make small cuts. Then place it in the frying pan with the very hot oil and keep turning it, until the dough turns golden. Place them on a tray lined with absorbent paper.

In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Pass the coscorãos through the sugar and cinnamon mixture and serve.
