INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sausages
- 400g potatoes cut into sticks
- 4 eggs
- 2 small onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Chopped parsley
- Oil
- Black olives
PREPARATION:
Start by placing the potatoes cut into sticks in the airfryer. Then, book. Now, remove the skin from the sausages and crush well with a fork and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the chopped parsley. Mix well.
In a frying pan with a drizzle of hot olive oil, sauté the onion cut into half moons. When it starts to brown, add the chopped garlic and bay leaf.
Now add the crushed alheiras, without the skin, and let them cook for 3 minutes, stirring well. Then, remove the bay leaf. It's time to add the potatoes! Mix everything very well to coat.
Add it, mix everything gently and let it cook until the eggs are at the point you like - creamier or drier.
Place on a serving plate and decorate with black olives. It's ready to serve!
